NO DELIVERY - Despite numerous complaints

We ordered a folding laptop table from Groupon on the 7th of November 2012. We have put in 3 complaints of non delivery on their website with no response. We called them and spoke to a lady by the name of Claudia who promised to get back to us within 24 hours and we are still waiting. It has taken 4 months from date of order to current date and we are still no closer to knowing where this product is, why it has not been delivered or even getting a simple response from their supposed customer service people. All we want is our money back, but we are unable to even get a response from them. This is the most shocking and AWFUL example of lack of customer service I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. I will never, ever use or recommend GROUPON to anyone, in fact I would strongly advise NEVER using their services or as I have discovered lack thereof!
