No delivery after 3 months

I'm really getting fed up with Groupon. They still have not delivered some of my orders dating back as far as November 2012. I have called and was promised they will find out what the hold up is and revert back to me but that never happened. I sent email with all the vouchers and received a dum email about having to wait for about four weeks as per the fine print. I then responded and stated the obvious that four weeks passed a while back, it was already over two months later. Now they just no longer respond to my emails. Am so disappointed.
