Still no refund

I have waited, complained, shouted, asked nicely, treatend... still no money in my account
I dont care about the banks that differ, i dont care about when it was done (apparently on the 6th of Feb)
The money is still not in my account - my bank can not supply a bank statement as the credit card period has not closed. In the mean time i will be paying a debit order on an amount which i have nothing to show for.
Groupon is a!!!
