!! REFUND NEVER DONE!!!

I bought a groupon for a dinner. i made a booking at the restaurant and changed my mind about going due to the bad level of service.

i call Groupon for a credit or a refund and they said no!!! this is and. Group on has thus benefited 100 % from a transaction that was not completed. the NCA as well as the CPA does not stipulate that a transaction may take place where only one party may benefit. Refund/Credit to reflect within 72 hours.
