I have been waiting for a reund for a purchased deal for over two weeks, only to call today and have an imcompetent consultant sent through a new request to have the wrong deal cancelled, they do not know what is going on, they may have some great deals, however after sales support is terrible, i will certainly tell everyone i know not to waste theit time with Groupon. Totally useless
