Deal cancelled without notification

I purchased the Brazilian Blow Wave from Chez Jean Salon. I have waited 2 weeks without receiving the voucher. When I called their call centre, Natasha Mars advised that the deal had been cancelled and that refund will be done.
My problem is that if I had not called, no one would have notified me that the deal had been cancelled and that a refund is due to me.
Terrible customer service!!!
Please refund my money ASAP so I dont have to deal with Groupon ever again!!!
