Ordered the groupon for Barcello's in Long Street Cape Town. Payment was made on the 3 October 2013. However, have not received the groupon after various follow up emails. All my emails are being ignored! I have always wondered why there are so many complaints for Groupon as I have always been happy with their service but now I see why!
