You are advertising upgrade deals that are not a true reflection, as the products are not available, and afterward, no one is correcting the problem. I have to wait for more than a month to get the upgrade done. The excuse is that there is no stock, and then the stock arrives, but afterward, there is a stock issue again, and nothing is being done to complete the upgrade. It is just excuses upon excuses.

I have been a client for more than 20 years and have never had to experience such bad service. I pay almost R5000 per month towards my contracts, and I don't even get good service on upgrades. During the previous upgrade, they delivered the correct phone but the wrong color. Now, the upgrade is not being processed. What is wrong on your side? Don't long-term clients matter to you?
