I ordered two shoe racks on 17 December 2013. I received delivery one on 6 January 2014. I finally got through to the customer care on 05 February as the shoe racks were being advertised again and found it strange that I have been waiting on delivery and yet the exact same product was being advertised again!
I was told that they had changed suppliers and they would credit my account for the outstanding rack and I would need to re order and pay the difference. I find this to be unacceptable!!
I refuse to pay more for something I have already paid. All I want is delivery of the second shoe rack.
