Shoe rack broke while assembling

I ordered a shoe rack from Dealclick. While assembling it broke. I emailed Dealclick and said I wanted a refund of my money and they could come collect the broken shoe rack. It is over a month now and I am still waiting a response. I want my money back for this rubbish shoe rack I bought.
