No service only empty promises

I ordered from them on the 10th of April 2013, I selected speed service which is R100 more expensive than normal delivery. Then I waited THREE WEEKS and 2 days for my delivery. In this time obviously I sent numerous emails regarding my order and every time empty promises over and over again. I was even promised a voucher... Then eventually the order came. Number one: Not my full order was in the package (3 weeks to pack my order and not everything in there...). Number two: The wrong size shoe (When I complained regarding the shoe size and forwarded a photo of the number on the shoe I was told to send a photo of the box... I then stated that I do not wear the box but the shoe and what does it matter what the size on the shoe states, if it's wrong on the shoe that's what matters) Number three: No voucher. Number Four: Being ignored. Will Never buy from them again! Or recommend ANYONE to buy from them as the service is NON existent.
