ANOTHER FAIL BY GROUPON

I ordered something on Groupon on the 21st July... where they had a 7 day delivery policy... and I am still waiting. They have not responded to any emails, the parcel cannot be tracked. I have never had a good experience with Groupon and don't know why I think the level of service will change each time. Groupon is an absolute joke and the fact that they never respond to queries is ridiculous. Their service is against the consumer act altogether!
