SUSPICIOUS SUPPLIERS USED???

I ordered the Nine 10x10cm personalised photo canvas prints on the 3rd of December 2012 and redeemed the voucher on the 5th of December 2012 following all the relevant steps. A/p the terms and conditions it said "Allow up to 10 days for delivery after redemption". I waited until beginning January 2013 to start emailing (the only contact details for the supplier) where my canvas was. My email was read and even after numerous emails to this supplier i have yet to receive ANY response. I emailed Groupon directly (numerous times as well) and asked them to follow up or send me other contact details. I AM STILL WAITING. I am starting to wonder if this wasn't some to get my money as no one seems even remotely interested in assisting me.
