Quick to take my money, no response from inquiry??

I bought a voucher for a meal for 4 people, when I tried to make the booking i was told the company no longer exists? I then went online and asked them for a refund, which was on the 14th of December. I have not heard anything from Groupon, i did receive an email asking how the service was in sorting out the issue, I took the time again to fill in the form stating that I have not heard back from anyone, and still today, havent heard anything??
