4 weeks delivery turning into 10 weeks &

I ordered the Brainy Baby learning system on the 5 December and paid R499 and have still received nothing.By the time I eventually get it my child will be too old for this. Unacceptable service. I have sent numerous emails which you get an automated response without them actually solving anything. When i phoned i was promised delivery last week. Today I have called again and i am still awaiting a response...
