5 weeks and no delivery

I have been waiting since the 16th of December for a delivery that was suppose to take 2 weeks. No communication from their side. Have phoned numerous times, hang on the line for about 20 minutes and then the calls are dropped. Always!! Has send emails, received an automated response that promises response within 72 hours, yet nothing ever happens... NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE GROUPON AND STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO AVOID THEM!!!
