Still waiting for my refund

I purchased Brazilian Hair products from Groupon and paid R399. After numerous calls and hang ups I was informed that they had cancelled the deal because I was 1c over (i paid R400) and were refunding the money within 7-10 working days. Each email they send me seems like and automated response.
. I still have not been refunded and am getting no satisfactory replies to my subsequent emails. I have even forwarded the proof of purchase along with the purchase code proving that the money has been paid. They cancelled the deal but are not refunding me - I am totally disgusted with their service!!! If im not to be refunded, i will report to this matter based on the Consumer Protection Act.
