Deal ordered in January and still nothing!

In January I ordered the Victoria Secret wrap dress via Groupon but after countless mails and conversations with more than one person and even attempting to track this package myself I am still waiting on Groupon to confirm where the heck my item is.

To me if you pay for something and don't recieve it (even after being mailed to say delivery will take place shortly) its. My money was deducted but no goods recieved.

I sent yet another mail today requesting feedback, but this has been going on since February of me back and forth with this company who just cannot come to the party. Its down right ridiculous!!!
And I'm finally fed up with Groupon!
