On the 18/11/2013 I ordered a gift through their online site, I made a payment and expected the delivery to be made within the timeframes provided by them. When
seven days passed with no delivery I phoned them and was told by a lady that the delivery will be made within the next 2 days. More days passed with no delivery and I had cancel d order as the gift was also a present and the day to give it as present has already passed. I sent an email to their support centre on the 29/1/2013 requesting cancellation of the order, they requested me to send them the name of the area, type of the deal and proof of payment. I sent them all that they requested me to do even my banking details for the refund as requested and person assisting me Prabhu Prassad kept on assuring me that it is going to be sorted and somebody will call me, I am still waiting for that call now as it seems it's going over to 2014 without help.
