IPig Ordered in December..Feb now..Still not here

My husband ordered the iPig deal for me on 16 Dec. As it was part of Groupon Goods, redemption was automatic. Today is 01 Feb and after numerous follow ups with Groupon Customer Care, I have had no decent feedback what so ever. Their staff are terrible and have no customer skills. They are very good with "generic" replies which dont actually answer questions! Coming up on 8 weeks now. I demand answers, or I will simply get my husband to call his bank to reverse the charge due to no-delivery.
