OFFLIMIT's Unprofessionalism and employee turnove

Offlimit Communications is extremely unprofessional.
1.They tell you you're going to get paid a certain rate and when the job is done, they want to pay you less.
2. They also don't pay you on time or on the day you were promised to get paid, in fact you're quite lucky if you even get paid at all.
3.You have to contact them all the time, like where's the consideration for the money you're spending calling them?!
4. My promotion conducted for Mainstay under Offlimit in September's promo payment has still not been settled, a little R600 that's reflecting on their system every time I call, will not be paid into my account nor will they allow me to collect it cash as they have in the past!!
5. I was involved in an accident leaving their offices, heading out to a promotion as a field manager, they alerted another employee to come collect everything from me and then be on their way. Where is the decency?
6. I am disgusted by this organisation, and hope that I will get ahold of my money.
7. I'm curious as well, why this business has such a high permanent employee turnover, in my time there I have seen 4 people join and resign from the company, two complaining about pay. RIDICULOUS!!!
