FRUSTRATED WITH THE NATURE OF MY COMPLAINT

Dear HelloPeter, I placed an order with Groupon early November. A week short of a month and receiving my vouchers, I had to prompt Groupon about the delivery of my goods. After some days I received 1 out of 2 items. They owe me R800! I have spoken to them telephonically, written umpteen emails; all I get is promises but no one does anything. I wonder if such incompetent people get paid and if Groupon still has finance to pay staff or have the staff been left to their own devices and don't even know that their CEO's and other execs have abandoned ship! I will fight until I get my refund. Once bitten twice shy. I was previously reluctant to order again after this experience, but now I am sure... GROUPON! it... won't... happen!!! Cheers to you and your company. Such poor service should not be tolerated. More and more fall upon us daily. What a shame that consumers have to cough for everything in this country and now have to lose their well-earned money on items never received. The wheel turns!!
