I am writing this email with the most dissatisfaction from Vodacom as my chosen provider of choice. I am a pre paid customer on two lines simultaneously and the third being a 3G line. If my recharge history was to be looked at, it would be found that I am a high usage consumer and spend a lot on airtime and services and often get calls to be asked to be moved to post paid which I decline as I am on pre paid by choice, not because of circumstances! It is to my surprise that Vodacom has a promotion called Power Hour yet consumers like myself do not qualify for such a promotion. I work in Marketing and Communications and understand the industry WAY TO WELL... and if Vodacom prides itself in calling Power Hour a "promotion" yet limits availability, especially top high usage clients, and I to take the perception that Vodacom does not value its entire clientele base? Is it to be assumed that high usage clients are just Vodacoms "Cash Cows" and therefore should not be given any value or rewards for being loyal customers? vodacom does not reward its consumers equally and DISCRIMINATES on others by deciding not to include in promos. Then i'd rather go to your MTNs or Cell Cs of this world
