No delivery and their phone is broken

I'm very disappointed with groupon, Ordered goods on the 26th November, to be delivered within 2 weeks and still nothing! I emailed them and get no response, tried to phone them and there is a voice recorder saying press 1 if your call is for a purchase you made and 2 for anything else, well it doesn't matter whether you press 1 or 2, you don't go through to anyone, seems there phone is out of order!! Disgusting customer service! The goods I ordered is a Christmas gift and at this rate it doesn't seem it will get to me on time!
