IT'S BEEN 42 DAYS

Hi I am a very i-rated customer right now, I have ordered a white pearl and crystal set from dealclick on the 21 June 2013, It is te 2nd August and still nothing has been delivered, every week I call the dealclick offices in Houghton and I get the same story no it will be in the country Wed or Friday and to be delivered to you on Monday, well I am sick of it. The voucher stipulates that the good will be delivered within 14-30 days not 14-30 working days, well today it is 42 days and I still don't have a thing. I have been speaking and dealing with Dube ever since I have placed the order. He gave me a story that the supplier in London was delaying them, I understood then the good are leaving Heathrow on Wednesday, then it is in the country the Thursday. I call the Friday no mam, it will be shipped to you the Monday and still nothing. I was on leave this week Monday and returned Thursday, made arrangements for someone to sign for my delivery and still nothing. I called today and the lady at reception says she'll give my details to Dube to call he never called so I decided to call him after waiting 4 2 hrs 4 him 2 call. He gave me another excuse saying its a different jewelry set.
