Tropy world does not deliver on their promises

On Thursday 28 November 2013 our company ordered a small award to be made by Trophy World with the completion date being Thursday 5 December 2013 - when we arrived at the appointed time to collect this very important going away gift we were told that they had neglected to send the trophy to be sandblasted and that they can not give us a definite time for when it will be completed and when it could be fetched. Upon calling them on FRIDAY 6 DECEMBER - the date that we had to give this trophy away - the person answering the phone still could not give us a time for when it would be able to collect this trophy or even what the exact amount due will be. FURTHER THE OWNER BECAME AGGRESSIVE AND ABUSIVE AND SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR... what pathetic and unreliable service!!! Please be advised to rather place your order with a more reputable company
