I ordered some jewellery from Genevieve Motley in February this year. She sent me an invoice and I paid for the pieces and sent her my proof of payment. I am still waiting for the pieces to arrive via post 3 months later! I have contacted her numerous times via email, her Facebook page as well as by phone. She has not responded to any of my attempts to contact her! I would like my money back since she obviously has no intention of sending the jewellery.
