Bad service, dont care about the clients goods

I recently relocated to JHB from CPT and had to send 21 boxes up to jhb by time freight. what a mistake, just before i left CPT i saw to white guys who work for time freight just tossing another clients goods into the truck, i called time freight and reported the bad service, a few days later i took a plane to JHB, when i arrived at my house i found one box missing with all my medical supplies and my wheelchair in gone, i also found allot of my stuff like my hi - fi, trophy s and so forth broken, i contacted time freight informing them and told them i need my medical stuff and my wheelchair or else im in deep trouble, they informed me they will sort it out, for 3 days i was stuck in my bed as i could not get around without my chair, i finely hired a chair and bought medical stuff that cost me a arm and a leg, a week passed i called again and spoke to Candice, wonderful lady, got my wheelchair that day thanks to her she was excellent but still really disappointed how my goodies where damaged and years of hard work trophy s smashed even my pure crystal trophy from my first SA record and comp broken really not on.
