I so wish Groupon would join Hello Peter as facing up to what is both good and bad in your Company is such a great thing to do. I ordered a product via Groupon and when I received it although it suited my purpose perfectly it was such inferior quality. I e-mail their Support e-mail address on the 25 th and to date had not received a response. I then called their call centre once again and Chaneille answered! Well the rest is what Great Service Standards History is made of. Efficient, friendly, helpful - the inferior product will be collected on Monday and once they have the waybill number, a refund will be processed.
We all make mistakes and therefore some products should not be sold but when you can "right the wrong" by employing someone of Chaneille's calibre, well it is all good!!!
