Ordered a motorized scooter from Groupon's Xmas list specials, 3rd Dec'12, I was informed in writting that I'll receive my purchase by latest 20th Dec, to date after numerous phone calls and empty promises, I've still not received my purchase and no communication from Groupon's management to ensure me the customer that they doing everything they possibly can to have my purchase delivered, Last week I again made the dreadful call to groupon & was again given a different story as to why goods were not delivered, I than requested for a REFUND on this purchase as I was now fedup, to date I have yet again not received any communication re my REFUND request even after sending another email to groupon yesterday. I demand that a manager call me as I received very poor service from Groupon and I demand to know the real reason for them on delivering as promised.
