I must admit i am very disappointed in the service of Groupon. Firstly the adds are very misleading and secondly the after service.
After realizing that the picture on the advertisement and the product i will receive is not the same i phoned and cancelled my order. This was on the 13th November already. i received an email to confirm my banking details and the order number, i replied with all my information just to receive an email a few days later that i have to give the information again. its the 3rd December and i still haven't received my refund yet. can someone please make an effort to this asap as i don't have the product or my cash
