Ordered 18/09/2013 7:44:07 AM STILL NO DELIVERY

Good morning

I have ordered the following from Dealclick see below.

I have called Dealclick a number of times, every time its just stories about it will be there next week, this was round about 5Nov2013 and nothing the next week, i phoned again, then i was told the person responsible is not in office, they will give the person my details and call me back, still waiting for a call back, i called again asking to to cancel the order and have a refund, i was then told sorry they are out on lunch and must call back later, when i did call back i was told the person dealing with the refund are not in, i must send a email.
i order the gift for a Bday and never been deliver!!!

This is SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!
