In November 2012, I placed an order for a Laptop stand and made payment for it. I waited for 2 weeks as they did say that it could take up to 15 days. I sent a follow up mail and received an e-mail stating the following:

Please be advised that I have been in touch with our dispatch department and they have informed me that they are busy shipping out the product, so you will receive your product within this week or the latest early next week.

It is now the 16th January 2013 and I have had no further feedback and have no item that was orderd and paid for. I have always been nervous to make use of these online deals, now I know why.

As I see it... it is a case of! Money paid and no product sent. In December 20122 I sent an e-mail to complain and asked that my money fe refunded, to date I have had NO response.
