Incorrect dates - cage diving

We went on honeymoon the last week of September 2013. We really wanted to go cage diving in Hermanus and came across the special for cage diving. The dates indicated on the groupon meant that we would be able to go and dive whilst on Honeymoon. We bought the groupon and upon wanting to book our dive we were told by the supplier that the dates on groupon was incorrect, and that the deal was only starting the week after. This would mean that we would be back in Gauteng already. Upon enquiring this with Groupon they apologized and that was the end of that. We asked for a refund, but was told that would not be possible, and that they could only give us Groupon vouchers for the same amount. It has been 2 months later and we have not heard anything from anybody at Groupon, This is really unacceptable and some feedback would be really appreciated.
