Worst after sale service eve

I purchased a cold bowl on ice server & condiment set cost R700 at the beginning of December delivery was longer thn expected. When delivered only the cold bowl was delivered and not the condiment set. I've tried contacting customer service and you hold for at least an hour on end before your call gets answered. I've been told courier service was declared insolvent and it will be delivered byFriday nothing was delivered. Called again held on for an hour and 20 minutes told it will be delivered Friday again nothing, called again a week later held on for just over an hour and I was told the manger is handling this problem and will get back to me to date no one has contacted me. I've emailed customer service at least 15 times but no one responds. I've called again requesting a refund an email was received to confirm this on the 24th to date nothing or no one has assisted me further. I suggest you think twice before you subscribe to Groupon there's no after sale service and I just feel ripped off for the amount of money I spent the items not even worth that much.
