Groupon No Service / Delivery

I ordered a android 7" tablet on the 5 Nov, the item should have been delivered within 1 week, we are now 3 weeks down the line and I still don't have it. I have queried this to no avail. I have requested a full refund and have still not had a reply. This is poor service. The item was meant for a birthday gift and the birthday is long gone. I would like an urgent response.
