Two months and STILL no delivery

I ordered 2 camping chairs from Groupon on 02/10/2013 and received a 'delivery confirmation' email from them on that date stating that delivery would be made within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I sent them an email to say I had not received my order. After numerous emails back and forth I have still not received the chairs 7 weeks later!!!
