I placed an order on the 31st October & it clearly mentions on the vouvher that delivery will occur within 2 weeks. I called there customer services on Monday the 11th November to find out how far this was. They said that I would receive it by the end of this week. When I phoned them today, 14th November 2013, I was told that they do not have stock, what nonsense!!! I asked to speak to someone higher and when they came back to me they could not put me through to there supervisor. They (Jamie) were told to tell me that I will be refunded.

The best part is that I have another parcel that I am waiting for from them and I am quite scared to hear the same thing.

I have never dealt with such imcompetency before
