The worst company I have ever dealt with. On the 08/10/2013 I paid for a bag which Groupon gave me a reference which I paid for. However the reference given was either incorrect cause I never received the bag. I then called Groupon who advised me because I paid 0.01 cents to much it did not match up and therefore the bag was not on order for me and the groupon has expired so I asked for the refund. At first they could not find the payment with the reference I had given which I found inpossible. I had called them over 6 times and not one of them ever called me back, they always sent e mails. Eventually after disputing they found the amount and now its been a week and still I have not received my refund. I do not know how this company works that a person needs to wait for a refund so long. I want nothing more to do with Groupon talk about a waste of time.
