DISSAPOINTEND IN GROUPON

Everyone warned me about ordering ANYTHING from Groupon SA, but I really liked this specific product and
decided to by it as a gift for my bridesmaid at my wedding. It is/was 5 bracelets.
I ordered and paid on the 24 of January.
I phoned Groupon on 22 Feb to confirm if order was successful, they said I must wait until 25 Feb. I phoned again on 26 Feb they said they will contact me, they never did. I phoned again on 27 Feb where, again, they said they will phone back and never did. THEN, this morning the courier delivered my package! And SURPRISE SURPRISE!! ONLY ONE BRACELET ARRIVED!!!
I phone again and they said they will phone the courier service to find out if they still have stock left, if not, the I will be refunded!! WHAT!!!
How is it possible that I paid for something A MONTH ago and NOW there is a stock problem??
This is the WORST service I ever experienced!!!

I WANT MY OTHER 4 BRACELETS!!! THAT'S WHAT I PAID FOR!!!
