Terrible lack of response

I paid for a travel kettle in October and by November still had not received anything. Called them to inquire and was told to send them an e-mail with my details. Since the 6th of November I've sent them 4 emails requesting an update and spoken to Gugu twice. She told me i'd have an answer within 24 hours but it's been a week since my last call to them and still nothing. The only response via email is where I'm cc'd in on a note to someone else asking that person for an update.
Right now all I want is my money credited back to bank account as I've no desire to do business with people who clearly don't care about doing business with me.
