False advertising

I purchased a stove top kettle from Wicount, in November, i only received it towards the end of December, the stove top kettle was supposed to be made of Stainless steel, however, the kettle is barely six months old and it is rusting and leaking. Wicount approached the supplier (CALASCA) and they refuse to do anything about it.
