I recently purchased a mixing bowl set from Groupon SA. Opened it up and the
sieve was broken. This was 30th July 2013, the same day I logged my first complaint to replace or refund me.

Its been 2.5 months and I'm still waiting on this issue to get resolved.

I dont understant how can a business be so dysfunctional? How can they expect me to continue to support them if they cant even resolve a simple issue?

I've sent countless emails and keep getting automated responses. I've called several times and spoken to various poeple. Still nothing happens. Dont even think writing this message will help as I just did a search for Groupon SA and found over 3000 complaints with over 30 for this week alone.
