No refund forthcoming

I bought Sterkinekor vouchers on Groupon in September. No vouchers or redemption codes were ever sent. Despite numerous requests I did not receive the codes and to date neither have I been refunded. The money is not much but it is the principle of refunding a customer when unable to supply the items that were bought that is lacking. I have generally received good service from Groupon but this incident is now bordering on sloppy, stupid and annoying.
