It has been over 3 weeks since I first requested a refund for a deal I recently purchased through Groupon. I have since then sent through multiple emails and have phoned 3 times and my account still has not been credited. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience that I have ever encountered with Groupon. Their customer service department is inefficient and when they say that someone will respond to your query within 24 hours, they are lying. This has definitely changed my perception of the entire company and I will warn all of my friends and family of this incident.
