I have made a payment to Groupon on the 30th September 2013, i then phoned on the
8th October to track my purchase, someone with the name of Lushane then helped me and i was holding on for about 30minutes. he then said that he will get back to me same day and all i got was a email that said "we are busy processing your query" I emailed two days after to ask if there was any news Up until today NO ONE even got back to me. I AM VERY UPSET, GIVE MY PURCHASE OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!
