Groupon are 's!!!

Groupon should be stopped in what they are doing. They take your money but they don't deliver... that is called!!! I have tried to cancel the order seeing that I did not receive anything but even that is not working. Their idiotic call centre personnel are probably the worst I have come across. They have no knowledge of their inner working structures and tell you that they will escalate your query.
