On the 9th of Sept around 8pm I bought a DIY CCTV kit from Groupon on line. I received a confirmation that my purchase was successful & that my credit card was debited for the full amount. They also advised that delivery will be within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had elapsed i sent a mail on the 26th of Sept requesting delivery details. Thereafter I sent several e mails as I was not getting any concrete response besides an automated response to the effect that someone will respond in 24 hours. On the 3rd of Oct. I sent a mail requesting a full refund plus interest as I had lost trust in this company due to the pathetic service. I am seriously thinking of taking lagal action & also sending letters to the editors of all major newspapers if I do not receive any response by the end of next week
