Received my confirmation email on 3 September of goods purchased. Mixer with bowl, sausage maker and meat grinder. After various enquiries, I eventually received an email from Ms Bianca Solomons from Groupon stating that that they can offer me a refund. Well, after numerous phone calls following up on this, I am informed the request for payment is still in progress. How long does it take to do a refund? It has been 2 weeks... Now I am
