To whom it may concern.
I purchased a voucher for some treatments a while back, The salon i went to was disgusting and dirty and was advertised as reflexology, however I did not receive reflexology. The salon was also filthy. I complained to Groupon and have had minimal responses and shocking service.
I purchased 2 additional vouchers for GBC salon and have just received notification from the salon that they are closing and cant honour the vouchers. I hold Groupon responsible as they should ensure they choose the right places that can honour the vouchers.
I would lke refunds on these.
